A variety of factors can lead to imbalances in our physical equilibrium. Our lifestyle and dietary choices can impact us just as much as a genetic predisposition to certain weaknesses. My aim is to provide you with the tools to take control of your health through a natural approach. This requires you to commit to learning about your body and individual needs, supported through natural remedies. Our common goal is to sustainably and permanently improve your physical health, general well-being and overall quality of life.
How it looks
Herbal Medicine, Health Coaching, Homeopathy + Flower Essences
Our first session will go for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. We will go through a detailed health history and discuss your current imbalances and health issues. Responding to your initial needs, we will customise a holistic treatment plan.
Follow-up visit regularity will depend on your treatment plan.
Acupunture + Cupping
Our first session will go for approximately 1 hour. We will go through a detailed health history and discuss your current imbalances and health issues. Responding to your initial needs, we will customise a treatment plan involving acupuncture and/or cupping.
Follow-up visit regularity will depend on your treatment plan.

Herbal tinctures/teas, flower essences and homeopathic remedies are not included. Prices vary depending on the therapy. Ranging from 5 - 30€

*My aim is to provide access to herbal medicine, irrespective of income. Students and those who find it difficult to pay the full fee should still get in contact with me, as I believe everyone should have access to holistic services.

Cancellation
If an appointment is cancelled before 24 hours no charges apply. If an appointment is cancelled within a 24-hour period a payment of 50% of the appointment will be charged.
